On-field instruction and classroom learning for American Football/Rugby kickers, and Soccer players. These workshops/clinics are group sessions designed to provide an environment that focuses on quality over quantity. Designed for any level of kicking specialist, GDK workshops/clinics will teach you the fundamentals of kicking/striking, demonstrate specific strength and conditioning exercises, and educate you on the habits needed for injury prevention. Also provided are educational discussions on college recruitment, game day management, life as a student-athlete, player mindset, visualization techniques, performing under pressure, and cultivating confidence. This is the ideal environment to meet other kicking specialists, expand your knowledge, and harness your skills.

PUEBLO, CO, Kicking Workshop On Wednesday July 13. GDK will be hosting the first kicking workshop at the CSU Pueblo Thunderbowl. Learn the fundamentals of placekicking, kickoffs, and punting at one of the highest quality facilities in Colorado.
This will be a small group setting, focused on detailed kicking coaching from former CSU Pueblo placekicker and GDK Founder, Dean Faithfull. Also in attendance will be current CSU Pueblo specialists, so come and learn as much as you can! We will end the workshop with a section on strength and conditioning, with kicker-specific exercises for you to take with you as you develop into a top specialist.
