On-field instruction and classroom learning for American/Canadian Football/Rugby kickers, and Soccer players. These workshops/clinics are group sessions designed to provide an environment that focuses on quality over quantity. Designed for any level of kicking specialist, GDK workshops/clinics will teach you the fundamentals of kicking/striking, demonstrate specific strength and conditioning exercises, and educate you on the habits needed for injury prevention. Also provided are educational discussions on college recruitment, game day management, life as a student-athlete, player mindset, visualization techniques, performing under pressure, and cultivating confidence. This is the ideal environment to meet other kicking specialists, expand your knowledge, and harness your skills.

Gameday Kicking has two kicking clinics at the University of Nottingham coming up in November, suitable for all ages 8+.
